customising presentation with embedded version

Post by Georgegraham »

I would like to be able to customise the presentation of entries (e.g. removing references to trackbacks, higlighting the comments and comment entry form more, changing some text here and there).
I am embedding the blog using a wrapper file.

Where should I make these changes? Am I still using a tpl file when the blog is embedded? Previously I was doing it by just hacking into the functions....

Yes, also an embedded blog uses its *.tpl files frmo the standard templating system we use. So just go ahead and hack your entries.tpl file to contain what you need.

Make sure you create your own theme instead modifying the default theme, as this will make problems when you upgrade s9y.
