Quick Search - What Am I Missing?

I have a test set up on localhost, mySQL version 4.1.9.

Quicksearch does not find any of the words in the two test posts that I have.

I looked at documentation on the s9y site and there doesn't seem to be any configuration or anything to do?

So what am I missing?

The MySQL fulltext search only begins working after a few entries and many words have been made.
