I think this is normal, because non-image-files like a pdf should be displayed, too.

The problem of this thumbs-file is: I have make the transfer via ftp and I transfered my windows-thumbnail-system-files, too. Before the release I will simply delete them.

And thanks for the other nice words :-)

Stephan, it is a great site...
It looks great to my unsophisticated eye, and I am awed by the size of it alone...

It is nice to see what all the changes to User Gallery went towards *grin*

Hi Stephan

maybe it's possible, if the file is a pdf, to display a pdf icon instead - or even the first page of the pdf :-) as I have seen somewhere. I'm sure Matt could advise if this is possible.
And thanks for the other nice words :-)

you're welcome, I'm impressed with the work you've put in.

Dave

OK, and now, I proudly present the site on its new and real www-address: :-)

http://www.sankt-joseph-siemensstadt.de/

and a little, nice feature on:

http://pfarrei.sankt-joseph-siemensstadt.de/

overview for the whole parish (we have two churches):

some articles are marked as category "PARISH", too; and this category is hidden all over the normal side but used by http://www.s9y.org/206.html on the overview-page
