Is it time to retire...?

Post by Timbalu »

I just realized being here »on Date 10 Years« now!

Getting »old« with an open source project is quite a challenge for the head and the heart.

Now, ...is it time for retirement?

I really have thought about this... in some rare moments...

But, I still have fun trying to help Serendipity and its Users on their way. And I still get new ideas from other people and from how things develop and might be coded better.

So, sorry folks, I will keep being around for another while!

Thank you, S9y community!
Regards,
Ian

Aw man. Time goes by so quickly, I wasn't really aware of how long it has been.

That's much more a shame we all haven't been able to meet up in person yet. We should really think about that. :-)

THANKS for all the work you've done, for the many people you helped here, and for being always quick to respond, and putting a finger on things, as well as keeping track of issues. Serendipity would not be what it is without your efforts, so please don't retire. ;-)

I keep forgetting about it myself because it's so far away still, but there's the idea to all attend FrOSCon 2014:)

Yeah, this is also still on my watchlist. However it might collide with my summer vacation, this is still in flux for me... :-/
