[2.0] Drop templates in core

Hi!

We had this thread sometime before, but I can't find it easily right now.

I propose to remove the following templates from core (and put them in spartacus):

- blue
- idea
- kubrick
- moz-modern
- mt-clean
- mt-georgiablue
- mt-gettysburg
- mt-plainjane
- mt-rusty
- mt-trendy
- mt3-chalkboard
- mt3-gettysburg
- mt3-independence
- mt3-squash
- newspaper
- wp

Thus keeping:

- 2k11
- bulletproof
- carl_contest
- competition
- contest
- default / default-rtl / defautl-xml (basically just compatibility stubs)

We would then be somewhat "short" on templates in the default install, so we might want to integrate a note on the installer screen that tells people "Hey, you can get more templates through Spartacus, or check out the themes on http://spartacus.s9y.org"!

I forgot to add: People who are upgrading their s9y to a fresh version will still have those old templates on their webspace - so we will not take anything from them, if they use one of these templates

Fine with the removal and the spartacus hint message.

I would love to see at least two more templates shipped with the core which match 2k11 better, but as of now, we don't have them. I also wouldn't want to include ported templates in the core, I think that sends the wrong message. They should be original designs.

If I can find the time, I'd like to create some more 2k11-like templates, maybe 2-4 extra ones. Of course, everybody else is welcome to do so as well.
