Serendipity 1.7 Installation Failed
I just finished my download of serendipity 1.7 zip and extracted the files. But, I can't open the configuration in IE10? Is there any option where I can possibly open that? How?

Would you want to use it locally on a local webserver, use http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html
else find a good WWW hoster that hosts that package for you.
If you want to have a look into the source try to find an editor that serves your needs.
