Re: Unified Sidebar Image Display
I'd like to see a few maps (say one per country) with underneath the country name and the map itself is a picture. IF cou click England for instance, you get to see submaps from all the regions with also one picture... etc... That I have no idea on that. Google maps might have some kind of API to d...

Re: Unified Sidebar Image Display
Hi Xessex, Since no-one has jumped in this thread I figured I would respond. 1. I don't think the images it is displaying are the originals. When I visited the site I saw this image: http://www.relitag.eu/uploads/architecture/england/canterbury/canterbury08.serendipityThumb.jpg That image is a thumb...

Actually, I just realized after my last post that the linklist plugin did not cache html when caching was turned on, only the xml/database info. I just updated the sidebar plugin to use Cache_Lite if it is available (should be part of the bundle libraries on recent version) to cache the actual HTML ...

Hi Jonas, Thanks for working on the usergallery plugin! Those features are stuff I have been meaning to do but have never had time to get to. You have already tackled most of the problems that I felt I didn't have time to wrestle with! As far suggestions on the comment system, I think a separate com...

Hey Don! I've been wrong often enough to know that I should listen up when other people talk. It is a good idea, and I will leave it in. It just doesn't feel like something I would use, and therefore looks weird to me. I didn't mean to sound dismissive or anything. It was a good suggestion and...

Hi Don, I'm not sold on that change. I kind of think that should be in a separate html nugget, but that is just a gut feeling. That being said, I added both pre-pended and appended text to the new version. So, this version supports dtree link titles and the ability to put text before and after the l...

New version of Amazon Media Button plugin
A kind soul pointed out that the Amazon Media Button had stopped working for non-US locales, so I did a basic update to get the plugin using the most recent API. The version bump is to 0.11. This release should be pretty bug free, but I don't count this as a "good" update. The plugin has a...

serendipity_event_linklist should be installed automatically when you install the sidebar plugin. They are actually distributed together. If you are using Spartacus, it is an easy install. If you are installing manually it is a little more complicated. Either way, I think they are both documented on...
