Is there a way to have Previous Post/Next Post links in the entries?

I was using the Branch Smarty release from 11/4. I've since deleted the installation.

I looked one up by date and it was associated with the category. I edited it but when I went back to the category page it still wasn't there. And at the bottom of the category it's saying page 1 of 0.

One of my categories is only showing about 20 posts when there are about 90 entries under that category. Is there anyway to have the category show all the posts it contains?

My Firefox at home doesn't either. I didn't check my IE at home. The work IE may be an older version. 5.0 maybe.

Is there any way to turn it off?

Also it pinged every link that was posted. I've been getting hate mail from people receiving multiple pings on their blogs. Is there anyway to turn that off?
