when i insert a weblink into an entry it works just fine but when i went to click the link it kept popping the originating page (only happens for the first entry, other links are pre 1.2 links)

thats what i was referring to was the core system...not the plugin's themselves

really would like a basic skin code that i could use to create my own but in a way that it is compliant with the user interface

Is there not a way for serendipity to auto detect the difference between an old version and a new one when the new is available for download? and wouldnt it be easier to just let the users update the files through the administration interface?

second i have ALL 3 spam controllers downloaded from Spartacus and havent noticed it from either one of them

i think it would be a good feature or a plugin if CATCHPA was used for comments and trackbacks
